Asia CEO Awards Chairman Richard Mills said that remote work brought about by the pandemic opened a lot of opportunities for Filipinos. Remote work has allowed companies to tap into the workforce outside the business districts and reach those in the countryside as well as stay-at-home moms, thereby expanding the labor pool.
